NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CC-037148 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein TERRACE OAKS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ASHRAF YACOUB is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 2:00pm, on the 14th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
