WILLIS AKA PAMELA WILLIS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs Street Tampa, FL. at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of October 2012, the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 20, WELLSWOOD SECTION “B”, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
