Unit No. 6313, Building 19, RAINTREE MANOR HOMES CONDOMINIUM PHASE II-A, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3464, page 1157, and amended by Official Records Book 3482, Page 874, and Official Records Book 4868, Page 106, together with the drawings in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 29, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 6313 Treetop Circle, Temple Terrace, Florida, 33617.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 10, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
