NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 30, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-012234-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank d/b/a Amsouth Bank is Plaintiff, and Gloria E. Sanchez, Ademar Sanchez, and Royal Manor Villas Homeowner Association Inc., Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Gisela Garcia and Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Juana Sanchez, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 10th day of September 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO -WIT:
LOT(S) 15 4, BLOCK 01 OF ROYAL MANOR VILLAS, UNIT 2 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 136, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OR RECORD, IF ANY.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
