NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 012489 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-5 is Plaintiff and CAROL EAGLE A/K/A CAROL O. EAGLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL EAGLE A/K/A CAROL O. EAGLE; THELMA ELAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THELMA ELAM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27th day of August 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
