Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 25, 2012 in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, which property is described as follows:

Containing 98.71 acres (4,299,896 square feet), more or less
(the “Property”) at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on August 27, 2012 beginning at 11:00 a.m., by electronic sale at http://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
