NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-008988-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST 2006-3, is Plaintiff, and JIMMY WALKER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, LAKE FLORENCE HIGHLANDS PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 16 AND 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
