NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-000460 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE3 is the Plaintiff and JORGE VAZQUEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE VAZQUEZ N/K/A JANE DOE; JUNIOR VIERA OVIEDO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY; BURNT STORE VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JORGE SERANO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JORGE VASQUE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
