Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31st 2012, and entered in 12000555CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and JAELYN BACON; ROBERT BACON, JR. A/K/A ROBERT W. BACON, JR. A/K/A ROBERT W. BACON A/K/A ROBERT BACON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KIMBERLY GRUBB are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on November 1st, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, BLOCK 1330, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ELEVEN, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 22A THROUGH 22E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
