Notice is hereby GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling July 5, 2012 Foreclosure Sale dated August 6th 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-004971 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-PA6, is the Plaintiff and Derek M. Bayer a/k/a Derek Bayer, PNC Bank, National Association, as successor in interest to National City Mortgage, a division of National City Bank, Palm Isles Condominium No. 1 Association, Inc., Laura Leitch, Rick Leitch, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 A.M. on the 10th day of October 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
