NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-000050 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein Mystic Gardens Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Joseph A. Yebba, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT NO. 2916, BUILDING 5329, MYSTIC GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT # 2006000041352 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Property Address: 5329 Summerlin Road, Unit 16, Fort Myers, Florida 33907.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
