Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 5-C, Myerlee Square Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1320, page 397 to 434, and all amendments thereto, in the Public records of Lee, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance and subject to the Declaration Condominium.
