Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 31 day of July, 2012, and entered in case No. 12-CC-002366 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SOUTHWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CORBAN CHESTNUT is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 1, SOUTHWOOD CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 1680, Page 4073-4148, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
