AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, n.a. is Plaintiff and ROBERT G. CLAUSSEN A/K/A ROBERT CLAUSSEN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS MANAGING MEMBER OF DAKOTA RESERVE, LLC; DAKOTA RESERVE, LLC; MANATEE BAY AT BAY BEACH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE, OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION; BAYSIDE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s), whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through under or against the named Defendant(s) are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m., on the 1 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
