THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-15 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHARLES E. CARNEY; BONNIE CARNEY F/K/A BONNIE MATEVICH; CITIBANK, N.A, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15 day of OCTOBER, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, ARROYAL HEIGHTS, UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
