NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-54860, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and JOHN F WEBER, JR, COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB OF LEE COUNTY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MILL CREEK AT COLONIAL RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC., MILL CREEK AT COLONIAL SECTION V CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT and TAMARA A WEBER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 1602, building 16, phase 4, mill creek at colonial section v, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in official records instrument 2005000012520, as amended by amendment to declaration as recorded in official records instrument no. 2005000096043, as amended by amendment to declaration as recorded in official records instrument no. 2005000096065, of THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said declaration of condominium.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
