NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Amend Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 3, 2010, Nunc Pro Tunc and Set Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 31 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-054492, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein J.P. MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KEVIN M. GILROY, ROBIN H. GILROY A/K/A ROBIN GILROY, WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 31 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 18, Unit A, Linda Loma Subdivision, Lee County, Florida, Plat Book 12, Page 33 of the Public Records of Lee County Florida; thence running South 89 degrees 36' 02” East 110.01 feet; thence running South 00 degrees 18' 30” East 82.71 feet; thence running North 89 degrees 36' 02” West 28.00 feet; thence running South 00 degrees 18' 30” East 16.00 feet; thence running North 89 degrees 36' 02” West 57.01 feet; thence running North 00 degrees 18' 30” West 16.00 feet; thence running North 89 degrees 36' 02” West 25.00 feet; thence running North 00 degrees 18' 30” West 82.71 feet to the point and place of commencement.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
