NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-53421, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and FRANK GRIFFITH, KELLY GREENS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION II, INC., KELLY GREENS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., KELLY GREENS TERRACE CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC., SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, LEYLA GULER KASAPOGLU GRIFFITH and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 210, BUILDING NO. 2, OF KELLY GREENS TERRACE CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2021, PAGE 4269 THROUGH 4237, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
