A Tract or Parcel of land lying in Lot 15, EAST STADLER FARMS, Section 25, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 5 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, which Tract or Parcel is described as follows; The East 199.90 feet of the West 249.90 feet of the North 185.23 feet of the South 435.26 feet of Lot 15, Less and Except the following described Parcel:

A Tract or Parcel of land lying in Lot 15, EAST STADLER FARMS, Section 25, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 5, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, which is described as follows: The East 199.90 feet of the West 249.90 feet of the North 100.23 feet of the South 350.26 feet of said Lot 15.

Together with an Easement for ingress and egress and driveway purposes over and across the Westerly 163 feet of the Southerly 15 feet of the following described property.

The Northerly 35 feet of the following described parcel:

A Tract or Parcel of land lying in Lot 15, EAST STADLER FARMS, Section 25, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 5, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, which Tract or Parcel is described as follows: The East 199.90 feet of the West 249.90 feet of the North 185.23 feet of the South 435.26 feet of Lot 15.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-050618 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
