Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
PINE GROVE TOWNHOUSES, Townhouse Parcel 37, Section 14, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida.
A parcel of land lying in the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 14, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of PINE GROVE TOWNHOUSES, said corner also being the Northwest corner of LOS CONCORD UNIT ONE as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 101, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, run S. 1 degree 16'00” E., along the West line of said LOS CONCORD UNIT ONE for 573.92 feet; thence run S. 88 degrees 44'00” W., for 156.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
From said Point of Beginning continue S. 88 degrees 44'00” W., along a line for 39.00 feet, said line passing through a party wall common to Townhouse Units 37 and 38 of said PINE GROVE TOWNHOUSES; thence run S. 1 degree 16'00” E., for 36.25 feet; thence run N. 88 degrees 44'00” E., for 39.00 feet; thence run N. 1 degree 16'00” W.,, along a line for 36.25 feet to the Point of Beginning, said line passing through a party wall common to Townhouse Units 37 and 40 of said PINE GROVE TOWNHOUSES. Subject to easements for ingress and egress purposes, utility services and/or maintenance purposes lying over, across and through the above described parcel.
Also subject to any easements, restrictions, reservations or rights of way of record.
