The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 am. , on www.lee.realforeclose.com on September 5, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, EASTGATE AT SAN CARLOS PINES, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 21 THROUGH 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty 60 days after the sale.
