YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the cause is pending under docket number 12-CA-052702 KRK, the Honorable Charlie Green, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will offer for sale at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of September, 2012, the following described properties:
Lots 47 and 48, in Block 6044, Unit 96, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25 at Pages 45 through 51, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Lot 29, Block 3855, Unit 53, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 64 to 78, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Lots 57 and 58, Block 2604, Unit 37, CAPE CORAL, according to the plat thereof, Plat Book 17, Pages 15 through 29, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
