NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-052307SW of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and KRISTA L. VENEGAS; ALLEN M. VENEGAS; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com , at 09:00 AM on September 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY - UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
