Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 3 day of August, 2012, and entered in case No. 11-CA-003670 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LAKEWOOD VILLAGE SECTION III RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and LUCID STRATEGIES, INC., JACOB W. VIEIRA, DALILA VIEIRA and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., S/B/M TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of September, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 129, LAKEWOOD VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 63 through 67, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
