NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statues, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 5 day of September, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 7, Helfenstein Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 40, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; run South 0 degrees 14' East 330 feet; thence West 300 feet to the Point of Beginning of the lands hereby described; thence continue West 75 feet; thence South 0 degrees 14' East, 165 feet; thence East 75 feet; thence North 0 degrees 14' West 165 feet to the Point of Beginning. The Southerly 30 feet reserved for road right-of-way and the Northerly 5 feet reserved for utilities. Together with perpetual right of ingress and egress over and across a 60 foot road right-of-way running East to the dedicated road of Helfenstein Estates.
