NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 5 day of September, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
The lots numbered one (1), two (2), and the northwesterly thirty (30) feet of the lot numbered three (3), in block numbered thirty (30), in that certain subdivision known as Edison Park, according to the map or plat of said subdivision on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 7, Page 28, excepting therefrom a strip of land twenty (20) feet wide off of the rear of said lots.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
