NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 5 day of September, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 16 and 17, Block 5, Unit 2, Section 17, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Deed Book 252, Page 451, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
