NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 3, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-55192 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-4, TBW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and FRANCESSE EDOUARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCESSE EDOUARD N/K/A LIONAL MATHEUS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A LIZ MICHEL are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on September 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 34, UNIT 9, TWIN LAKE ESTATES, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 215, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
