NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 3, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-52344 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT 1, is the Plaintiff and PIERRE CASSEUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PIERRE CASSEUS N/K/A DILIA CASSEUS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on September 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, 7 & 8, BLOCK 4491, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 48 THROUGH 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
