Dyer and Lori G. Dyer, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, September 6, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 14, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BONITA FARMS NO. 1 LYING IN SECTION 35 TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 27 OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PUBLIC RECORDS; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 14 A DISTANCE OF 865 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN EAST PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 14 FOR 145 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF LOT 14 FOR A DISTANCE OF 75 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 14 FOR 145 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 14 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
