NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 2011-CA-052369 in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, that I, Charlie Green, Lee County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 13, Block 18, Unit 3, Section 30, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 53, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
