NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 11-CA-54375 in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, that I, Howard Green, Lee County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 16, of that certain Subdivision known as Port Edison according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 19 and 20, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on October 3, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
