NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 5, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 3, BLOCK 4, PINE ISLAND VILLAGE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 116, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
