NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-050848 Division: L, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff, and STEVEN W. KARL, is Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 6 day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
