NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed August 03, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-053806 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and LEE COUNTY REALTY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LAPOMARADE FAMILY TRUST #3405 THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LAPOMARADE FAMILY TRUST # 3405; FRANTZCY LAPOMAREDE A/K/A FRANTZEY LAPOMAREDE A/K/A FRANTZEY LAPOMAREDA A/K/A FRANTZCY LAPOMARADE; MARIE C. DURE A/K/A MARIE LAPOMARADE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER B.
