NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-005108 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , MARK P. VALERIO; and DANIEL R. WIERZGACZ; and VINCENT J. VALERIO; and SHIRLEY E. VALERIO; and UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 5, BLOCK 104, COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION OF OLDSMAR, FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING (POB); THENCE S 15 DEGREES 30'21” E 104.00 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE S 74 DEGREES 29' 39” W 13.59 FEET; THENCE N 38 DEGREES 05' 46” W 16.69 FEET; THENCE N 15 DEGREES 30' 21” W 88.59 FEET; THENCE N 74 DEGREES 29'39” E 20.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 5 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
