NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09021015CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , ROBERT G. CARTWRIGHT, JR. A/K/A ROBERT CARTWRIGHT; and JULIE C. CARTWRIGHT A/K/A JULIE CARTWRIGHT; and COUNTRY HAVEN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; and AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 28th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31, of COUNTRY HAVEN, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 97, Page 42 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
