NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 18, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-018245 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2007-1, Mortgage-Backed Notes and Grantor Trust Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Francis Thomas LaMagna a/k/a Francis T. LaMagna, Individually and as Trustee of the Francis T. LaMagna Trust dated May 17, 1996 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 41, RESORT LAKE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
