NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-011543 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein MSF TRUST I is the Plaintiff and KRISTINE A. CURTIS, BUCCANEER MORTGAGE & INVESTMENTS, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRANDY CHAMPASOUR, are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 23, 2012, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 15, Block R, CROSS BAYOU ESTATES SECOND ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 31, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
