NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-016806 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Citibank N.A., as Successor Trustee for the holders of MASTR Adjustable Mortgages Trust 2007-HF2 in a Securitization Transaction pursuant to Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2007, is the Plaintiff and Dawn Tartaglia, American General Home Equity, Inc., Stephen Tartaglia, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
