Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-016821, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff, and WANPEN TEPWONG A/K/A WANPEN TEPWONG BOONYASENA, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, St. Pete Division. will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 112, AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 113, RAVENSWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of September, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
