NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012 and entered in case 11-008440-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida wherein DONALD A.W. SMITH, AS TRUSTEE OF THE SIEGMUND E. SMITH REVOCABLE TRUST, U/D/T DATED FEBRUARY 3, 2003 is the Plaintiff and KRYSTYNA SHNAYDERMAN AND GREGORY SHNAYDERMAN, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for case at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on the 14th of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 7, Block 14, BILTMORE TERRACE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 53, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with sixty (60) days after the sale.
