NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-004459 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and EDWINA P. TATE; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on August 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 14, BLOCK 29, OF MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT 1-B, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 48-53, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2965, PAGE 89 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
