NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-008515 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing L.P., Plaintiff and William R. Chapman are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, MONTICELLO GARDENS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
