NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-06190, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-6 is the Plaintiff and AALTER E. PATTON; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of August, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 36, COQUINA KEY SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 40 AND 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
