WHICKER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 4th day of September 2012, the following described property:
LOT 113, REVISED PLAT OF GRAND VIEW PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
