NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-007233, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-OC3, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM PASQUALICHIO; JANE DOE N/K/A CATRINA BOYD, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, IN BLOCK 2, OF DALYS REVISED SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 11, 13, AND 18 OF PENNINGTON'S SUBD OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SEC. 25-31-16, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
