DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-1 , is Plaintiff and FRAZIER WALKER, is defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
