NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2012, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 23, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-009134-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Winding Wood Condominium VII Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Donna J. Gagnon and Bank of America, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 24, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 154-A, WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM VII, PHASE I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4559, Page 1198, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Page 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
