Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on July 30, 2012 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Pinellas County, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block A, UNIT C SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 30, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for a Point of Beginning; run thence South 00 degrees 33' 28” East, along the West right-of-way line of Pegasus Avenue, 150.0 feet; thence North 89 degrees 22' 53” West, along the North right-of-way line of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard, 135.0 feet; thence North 00 degrees 33' 28” West, 150.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees 22' 53” East, along the South line of said Lot 5, 135.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
